Meet your trainer, Yasmin.

With over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry, specifically with women’s personal training, Yasmin has had the privilege of helping numerous individuals achieve their weightlifting goals. She is a Certified Personal Trainer with ISSA, holding expertise in a wide range of disciplines including weightlifting, powerlifting, body transformation, and effective fat loss strategies.

Yasmin’s own fitness journey has been defined by a lifelong commitment to strength training and hypertrophy. With a specialized focus on glute growth and lower body strength, she brings a unique touch to help you achieve your fitness goals and unlock your full potential.
